Several towns are under attack by large Kaijus and all the heroes are currently away on distant quests!

The nation's emperor has declared this a doom day emergency unless all heroes are summoned directly to each town IMMEDIATELY! You're no hero but as the only surviving courier, you are entrusted with the Emperor's royal decree with his royal seal. Only with his seal intact, will the Lords of the towns, activate their central portal to summon the far off heroes. 

You must deliver his letter.
